However, many people still find traditional weight training intimidating. This leads to the avoidance of strength training by many of the people that could benefit most from it.
At The Exercise Coach, our coaches are trained and mentored in a methodology that optimizes individual effort. Our clients are amazed at how this guidance helps them safely and comfortably push themselves to unlock more fitness potential than they knew they had. It’s not uncommon for our clients to increase their strength in some muscle groups by as much as 50% in as little as 8-12 weeks.
