Wheels Offers Livermore Independence Day Event Shuttle ServiceContinuous Service between Las Positas College and the Airport Event Area LIVERMORE, Calif. Wheels will be providing a special shuttle service on July 4 to the Livermore Independence Day Event from Las Positas College (LPC). The shuttle, operating as Wheels Route 74, starts service at 9:00 a.m. with continuous service throughout and immediately following the event. Riders should board at the LPC bus stop in the college's traffic circle.
