Steve Lanza is principal of Tri-Valley Advising focused on creating and driving strategies along with executive coaching for developing small and mid-size organizations including running a Vistage Peer Advisory Group for business leaders. Prior to TVA, Mr. Lanza spent his career in the Technology Sector with twenty years at the CXO/Vice President or above level in companies from the start up phase to multi-billion global organizations
with functional responsibilities globally across all business functions and general management. In addition to his technology career, Mr. Lanza has spent twenty years as a lecturer teaching business strategy, entrepreneurship, and management at the grad school level and is on several local community boards.
