Three Valleys Community Foundation (3VCF) is pleased to announce the launch of its latest Community Health Impact Grant round, designed to empower local nonprofits working to address some of our region's most pressing health challenges. The grant program, made possible through the generous support of local donors and corporate sponsors, through 3VCF’s Power of Collaboration Corporate Challenge, offers up to $25,000 for collaborative initiatives and up to $20,000 for single-organization projects that align with 3VCF’s mission of promoting positive community health outcomes in our Three Valleys region.
Our 2026 Grantmaking Focus Areas:
Mental Health & Wellness, Health Equity & Access, Economic Vitality & Stability, and Environmental Health & Sustainability
Building on the momentum of our previous grant round, our 2026 Community Health Impact Grants will focus on four critical areas:
-
Mental Health & Wellness: Aimed at addressing the continued need for mental health support in our Three Valleys region, this category seeks to strengthen mental health services, reduce stigma, and promote social-emotional skills and resilience.
-
Health Equity & Access: This area targets barriers to healthcare access for which are particularly profound for traditionally underserved groups, including persons of color, non-English speaking communities, seniors, people with disabilities, low-income households, unhoused or immigrant populations. Our goal is to support initiatives that meaningfully improve access and services for community members who face the greatest obstacles.
-
Economic Vitality & Stability: This area aims to support initiatives that promote economic opportunity, reduce financial strain, and build pathways to long-term stability—recognizing that economic security not only supports individual and family wellbeing, but also strengthens the overall health, resilience, and vibrancy of our region.
-
Environmental Health & Sustainability: Recognizing the intersectionality of environmental health and personal wellbeing, this category aims to boost environmental stewardship and improve both environmental and public health through education, outreach, and workforce development in the green sector.
The grant application window opened Wednesday, February 4, 2026, and the deadline for submissions is midnight (PST) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Nonprofit 501c3 organizations serving our Three Valleys community are invited to apply; collaborations between organizations are encouraged. Successful applicants will be publicly announced and awarded during 3VCF’s annual State of Giving Gathering, to be held in May 2026 (date TBD).
