Summer rates, when peak prices are highest, are in effect for 4 months, from June through September. Peak hours are 4-9 p.m. every day. The rate period (time of the day) which offers the greatest savings opportunities compared to the Peak hours are the off Peak hours from 12am to 2 pm and 11 pm to midnight every day, June through September. Tri-Valley Water Agencies Encourage Local Business Community to Reimagine its Landscaping
A statewide ban on irrigating non-functional turf at non-residential properties is now in effect. Tri-Valley, CA (June 20, 2022). On June 10, 2022, the California State Water Resources Control Board enacted a new emergency water conservation regulation banning all commercial, institutional, and industrial properties statewide from irrigating “non-functional” turf with potable (drinking) water.
