ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif. – The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) has been recognized for the 13th consecutive year for excellence in financial reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025. The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) awarded Alameda CTC the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting. The report was judged by an impartial panel to meet the program’s high standards, including its standard for a constructive “spirit of full disclosure” that clearly communicates the agency’s financial story and motivates potential users to read the report.

Strong fiscal practices help ensure we deliver on that trust. Award attainment represents a significant accomplishment and reflects Alameda CTC’s longstanding commitment to fiscal leadership and transparency. In addition to this year’s honor, Alameda CTC maintains a record of 100 percent clean audits since its inception in 2010.
