Jim is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization since inception of State Certification program in 1990.

Katelyn Phillips
Katelyn joined the firm in January 2018, after working as an associate attorney at Jones Day in San Francisco. During law school, Katelyn participated in the Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic, where she worked with low-income patients at the UCSF Geriatric Center to prepare long-term care and estate planning documents. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard Seeborg at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
