Under the general direction of the Information Technology Business Solutions Manager (IT-BSM), the Information Technology (IT) Coordinator is devoted to all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance related to, and not limited to, servers, computers, hardware, software, phones, printers, copiers and connectivity issues for San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) staff. The IT Coordinator must be diligent, analytical and possess outstanding communication and time management skills. This position works closely with IT-BSM and SJRRC staff to provide assistance and expertise when diagnosing all IT related issues. This position will oversee, coordinate, and manage IT related projects including but not limited to network, and security components. The IT Coordinator should have strong experience with project management, software deployment, inventory management, time management and customer service skills. |
