About the Role:
Join Insignia Designs as our Large Format Print Production Manager, where creativity meets precision! In this dynamic role, you will oversee the production of high-quality large format prints, ensuring excellence in every project while working with a small, but passionate team in the heart of Pleasanton, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate large format print production processes from start to finish.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure optimal performance of printing machinery.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in print output.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for production continuity.
- Analyze production workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in large format print production or related field.
- Strong knowledge of printing technologies and materials.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a production team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- High school diploma required; degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
