LPC Run for Higher Education
Las Positas College invites you to lace up your running shoes and be part of the first-ever LPC Run for Higher Education on Saturday, March 29, 2025! This 5K run and 1-mile fun walk is a fantastic way to engage with the Tri-Valley community while promoting health, wellness, and education. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to support students, this event welcomes all ages and fitness levels.The run begins at 9:00 AM on the LPC campus and extends through a scenic course, offering a rewarding challenge for runners and a leisurely route for walkers. All proceeds from the event will go toward student and wellness programs, reinforcing LPC’s commitment to lifelong learning and well-being. Participants will receive a race t-shirt and a goodie bag, and medals will be awarded to top finishers.
After the run, make sure to stay for the LPC Open House from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, where prospective students, families, and community members can explore the campus, meet faculty and staff, and learn more about academic programs and career pathways.
