
This series of strength classes is specifically designed for high school and college students age 15-23 seeking to integrate effective strength training into their wellness routines. Led by certified personal trainer Jen Allan, the classes offer a supportive and focused environment to help participants build foundational strength, improve overall fitness, and develop healthy habits that can be sustained throughout the school year.
Jen Allan brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her teaching style is highly accessible and emphasizes conditioning in cardio, core, resistance, balance, and flexibility, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness. Each weekly session will take place on the fitness floor at The Well Studio, providing a welcoming space for students to learn proper technique, challenge themselves, and connect with peers who share similar wellness goals.
Throughout the summer, students will benefit from expert guidance, personalized attention, and a curriculum that adapts to various fitness levels—whether participants are new to strength training or looking to advance their skills. This series is an excellent opportunity to establish a consistent fitness routine, gain confidence in the gym, and set a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellness. With Jen’s encouragement and support, students will leave each class feeling empowered and motivated to continue their fitness journey.
Sessions will be on Wednesdays from 3:45-4:30pm in studio on our fitness floor. Session dates are 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, (break for July 4th week), 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30 & 8/6.
- Only 16 spots are available for this limited summer series.
- Students must be 15-23 years old to attend.
- The event price is for all (8) classes in the series. Purchasing this series automatically registers you for all (8) classes. If you cannot make all of them, that's ok! You can pick up where you left off with the next class. No make up sessions will be offerred.
- If you are new to strength training and haven't taken a strength class in the past, please contact us at 925-999-4320 to first meet with Jen for a complimentary strength training orientation.

Fees/Admission
$96 for all 8 classes! Can't make them all? No sweat, make the ones you can. Classes will progress along with the consistent cohort of enrollees.
