Employee Retention Credit (ERC) Webinar

The Office of Congressman Eric Swalwell is teaming up with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to host an Employee Retention Credit (ERC) Webinar on Thursday, November 3 at 11:00 AM PT.

The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) was established by the federal government to provide a refundable employment tax credit to encourage businesses to keep more workers on payroll through the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The ERC continues to provide a wide variety of employers with refundable payroll tax credits for qualified wages paid to employees in 2020 and 2021.
