In the workplace, as an entrepreneur, many skills are required. Intelligence is often thought of as IQ - how smart a person is.
Emotional intelligence at work is incredibly valuable as well. Some would argue even more so. Having a sense of self-awareness, reading what others are feeling, and taking another’s perspective are just a few of the ways EQ shows up, adding to one’s IQ.
Mission NxtGen exists to help individuals live more fulfilling lives with a mindset of wholeness and health mentally. Join us for this important workshop in-person where we’ll discuss the impact of growing in emotional intelligence.
