The Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Candidates Forum, featuring the city council candidates in the November 2022 election. The forum, which is a free event and open to the public, will take place virtually on Wednesday, September 28 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
There are five candidates for two City Council seats. For District 1, Jeff Nibert and Dean Wallace are seeking to be elected while in District 3, incumbent Julie Testa will face off against Joel Liu and Jamie Yee. Mayor Karla Brown is running unopposed.
Moderating the Candidates Forum will be Pleasanton Chamber President/CEO James Cooper. The virtual event is free and open to everyone. Online registration for the zoom webinar is required in advance here.
