8am - Sponsors may begin setup
10am - Check in begins for golfers, putting contest opens, box lunch served
11:45 - Call to golf carts and groups sent to starting holes
12pm - Golf Tournament Begins
5pm - Dinner/Reception begins
5:30pm - Awards Ceremony
7pm - Event concludes
