Join a small, monthly online support group for parents navigating distance or no contact with an adult child—a place to connect, share experiences, and know you aren’t alone.
Pleasanton-based certified parent and health & wellness coach Siah Fried will facilitate conversations focused on shared perspectives and moving forward in your own life while leaving room to build a bridge with your child and respecting their boundaries.
Siah has supported many parents navigating estrangement and witnessed its impact in her own family growing up. Requests from parents seeking connection with others inspired her to form this group.
The group will include 4–6 participants and meet online once a month for 60 minutes.
