New Parent Book Club Forming!
If you’re a parent looking for more support, connection, and practical tools, I’m starting a community book club based on my two new parent guidebooks: Redefining Success for Every Child and This Stops Now: Shattering the Pattern of Perfection, Pressure, and Parenting on Overdrive.
These books are short, easy to read, and filled with evidence-based strategies to reduce stress, break unhelpful family patterns, and support your child’s confidence and well-being.

I’m hosting a free, one-session kickoff discussion next week for anyone who wants to dive into the first of my new parent guidebooks. It will be casual, supportive, and a great way to start the conversation before the full book club launches in January/February. This kickoff session is totally free — just a chance to connect, explore the guidebook, and see what parents want before I release the full series.
Details and pricing for the January/February book club are TBD, but everyone is welcome to join the intro session next week.
