Jennifer is a research and analysis scientist with 15+ years of international academic and biotech experience. She is a founding member of Edgility’s compensation team and has supported and led charter school and nonprofit compensation studies for the past 7 years. She holds a PhD from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
