The Friends of the Pleasanton Library will host a gigantic book and media sale at the library over the Memorial-Day weekend, May 26-29. You'll find an outstanding selection of nearly new books, CDs, DVDs, and more. Funds raised during the book sale go directly to support library programs, services, and equipment. Thurs., May 26: 2-7 p.m. | Fri., May 27: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sat., May 28: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. | Sun., May 29: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Avenue Attendees are invited to renew their memberships with the Friends or become new members.
